Move files at blazing speed with machine learning optimization and end-to-end encryption. Cloud, peer-to-peer, or automated sync — Keryx adapts to your workflow.
Everything you need to know about Keryx
Keryx is a high-performance file transfer tool built in Rust. It supports S3 cloud storage transfers, encrypted peer-to-peer transfers, and automated file sync. An ML optimization engine adapts to your network for maximum speed.
macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Linux, and Windows 10/11. The free CLI is available on all platforms. The desktop GUI requires a paid license.
Yes. The open-source CLI includes full S3 transfers, unlimited direct P2P, ML optimization, and end-to-end encryption. No account required. Relay access and the desktop GUI require a paid license.
Relay servers provide an encrypted fallback when direct peer-to-peer connections can't be established due to symmetric NAT or strict firewalls. Your relay quota is the amount of data routed through our relay infrastructure per billing cycle. Direct P2P and S3 transfers are always unlimited.
Any S3-compatible storage: AWS S3, Wasabi, Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, and more. Configure your credentials once and transfer everywhere.
Keryx uses a contextual bandit algorithm that observes your network conditions and learns optimal transfer parameters like chunk size, parallelism, and buffer sizes. After around 50 transfers it typically achieves 10-40% faster speeds than static configurations.
P2P transfers use ChaCha20-Poly1305 end-to-end encryption — relay servers cannot decrypt your data. S3 transfers use AES-256-GCM. Every chunk is verified with BLAKE3 checksums for integrity.
Yes, all paid plans come with a 14-day free trial that includes 100 GB of relay bandwidth (Solo tier equivalent). No credit card required to start.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
You'll receive notifications as you approach 80%, 90%, and 100% of your account limit. After that, overage charges apply per GB and will be billed at the end of the billing cycle. You can turn overage off in your account settings — you'll still receive the notifications but will not be able to make transfers past your tier's relay limit.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
